Welcome to term four! Be ready some classes start in the school holidays and some start a little later in the term.
In term four I will also be offering some well being being courses and they will be up on the website by the end of this week.
As we count down towards the end of the year see if you can resist the wind up and keep sharing your smiling face, your loving heart and your sense of fun with the people around you. It is not what happens to us in life, it is our attitude that counts as it controls our actions, our thinking, our emotions and our whole experience of anything. Instead of seeing adversity look for opportunities everywhere. If we remember the brain loves mistakes that is how it learns. It is the mind that does not like them as much as that is where the ego lives. So when life gets a little tense, breathe in, breathe out, allow the whole body to relax and if you feel like you are falling over make sure that you do it on the outgoing breath. Then all of life is yoga, being in union with life and ourselves in each moment.
