Yoga is a 5000-year-old science of health and vitality.  At Beyond Breathing Space we teach yoga as a medium to extend the busy mind and lifestyle beyond today’s hustle and bustle.

Whether you work or are at home, have children or don’t, have injuries or illnesses that need specific assistance, you are well or aspiring to be well, yoga has something to offer you that works to improve your mind, body and spirit.

At Beyond Breathing Space we offer two complimentary styles of yoga – Satyananda style and Dru Yoga.

Both styles of yoga assist you to be more well, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  Yoga works in conjunction with your own spiritual beliefs or practices and to assist you in becoming deeper in your own spiritual practices.

Yoga is non-denominational in that it is not a religion.  All yoga assists you to reach your highest potential and enhance your own spiritual or religious beliefs.

Both styles of yoga bring you a sense of awareness and a vitalised capacity to tackle the small and large events of the day.

As well as keeping the body in tune, fit and supple, yoga assists your mind with providing mental strategies on how to deal most effectively with this new millennium.
