Inner space and our own minds are the final frontier.  In a world that teaches us to look outside of ourselves for reasons for our behaviour and answers, we are increasingly finding that this way of being leads further and further down the road to disillusionment and unhappiness.  Not only in our own lives but also in the lives of the people and world around us.

The only thing we can control in life is ourselves and despite how little we like our choices sometimes, it is our capacity to make choices that is our path to freedom, prosperity and well being for all.  It is not what happens to us in life that counts, it is our attitude.

All services, resources and classes at Beyond Breathing Space aim to provide people with a long or relaxed breath approach to life. Rather than jumping from one thing to another without awareness or mindfulness, we offer the skills and spaces for you to pause in the moment between stimulus and response so as to enable you to make choices and decisions that lead to wellness and happiness.

We offer the skills for you to take charge of life in a manner that is congruent with your mind body and soul.

Humans are infinitely creative and given the opportunity and skills can find answers to all problems within.  There is an American Indian teaching that says that when we get into trouble we have spent a lot of creative energy getting to the bottom of the well, it is our job to use that same creative energy to get out.

The Term 2 Yoga timetable has a wonderful choice of short and longer yoga terms,

If you are booking in to yoga term programs, note that to keep classes a comfortable size, preference will be given to people wishing to attend the term. Some terms have been made shorter or divided to make this easier for people.  If you work shift work or out bush, you can attend in a term block across a range of classes during the week by negotiation.

Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management practicum, offer people who have begun training with the WGIA an opportunity to continue. The practicum’s will allow  you to hone your practice  skills and knowledge directly in the your work and life with support.  More information
