Kalikamurti is hosting another Ayurveda Tour to Sri Lanka in June/July 2013.  A holiday for your mind, body and spirit, featuring a seven-day tour of Sri Lanka with visits to World Heritage sites, followed by a six or nine day program at an Ayurveda resort at Paradise Island.

Sri Lanka Tour 6 nights / 7 days

We are met at the airport by our local guides and journey across Sri Lanka in a comfortable air-conditioned coach, staying at (minimum) 4* hotels.  In our daily program, there will be time to do yoga, relax, learn more about Sri Lanka’s history, culture and peoples, and enjoy the beauty, hospitality, wonderful food and drink of this country with our fabulous guides.

Highlights: Sigiriya Rock and Golden Rock Cave; Temple of Dambulla; The Temple of the Tooth of the Buddha; the ancient city Anuradhapura; Skanda’s temple and Kirivehera at Katharagama. Visit a tea plantation and stay in a tea plantation bungalow; visit a spice garden; view ancient sculptures and frescos; enjoy a traditional home-cooked meal at a lakeside village, and experience a Sri Lankan Wildlife Safari.

The Paradise Island Ayurveda Resort is set between the Bentota River and the sea and is ideally located on a long palm-fringed sandy ocean beach, ideal for a tranquil health-holiday.  The resort offers the whole variety of Ayurveda therapies, combined with facilities for yoga and meditation, all included in the price.
